Center Front Desk or mail your completed registration
form and payment. Please enclose state required
immunization records and a completed medical release
form. These must be on file before attending.
Space is limited; register early.
Cost: Discovery Center
Members $30 per day
Non-Members $40 per day
Discounts available for multiple-day
and multiple-sibling-registrations.
